Apartment Rates
The standard rate per apartment, on the basis of two person occupancy, is 99 euro per night. Bookings for more than two weeks and more than one apartment qualify for a special price depending on the period in the year. Ask Sonja for the details! An extra person in an apartement will be 18 Euro per night. Staying overnight by third parties is not allowed.
All reservations are subject to a prepayment of 25% of the total (up to a maximum of two weeks stay), to be paid in advance into our Bank Account in the Netherlands. Details will be forwarded to you at the moment of your reservation. Upon receipt of the prepayment your reservation will be turned into a booking. You will not be subject to additional costs for money transfers to Curacao or Exchange rate fees. The prepayment is non-refundable and the remaining 75% is due two weeks before your arrival date.
Extra's:
Water and Electricity are additional costs and charged separately as, on the Island of Curacao, they are relatively high. An officially calibrated meter is installed to measure and register consumption of these utilities. You will be charged the official rates as set by the Utility company 'Aqualectra' (presently Nafl* 0,66 per KWH (electricity) and Nafl* 17,- per M3 (water) – rates are subject to changes as implemented and set by the official utilities providers).
A deposit of 200 euro is required in order to cover any unforeseen damages and/or balance the costs of utilities. The deposit must be paid with the balance of the 75%.
If you need to be picked up from the airport we will be able to do so at the cost of 25 euro per trip. On average this takes about 40 minutes. A taxi will charge you approximately 45-50 $ per one-way trip.
Rental Car services are available at the airport or other locations on the island. Average rates are approximately 35-45 Euro per day, including additional costs. It is recommendable to make your reservations well in advance as availability is highly dependent on the various (holiday) seasons.We do have 2 rental cars ourselves: a Chevr. Aveo and a Jeep Cherokee which are priced for 24-29 euro per day.
There will be a charge of 38 euro for the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
Extra service:
The use of internet through our wireless system is free of charge. In case of online check-in for your flight back home you will be able to use a printer in the office.
Once every week you will be provided with clean, fresh bed sheets. Towels are on hand in the apartments.
In case you choose to use our airport service we will make a little detour to visit a supermarket to buy some first needs for the first days. If you arrive at hours outside the normal opening hours of supermarkets (open till 8.00 p.m.) we can provide you at your request with some basic items at the actual costs.
Furthermore we can inform you regarding most activities on the Island such as beaches, diving schools, restaurants etc.
